Welcome to the South Grand Parking Ramp web site. We are located at 201 South Grand Avenue at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Allegan.

The Recurring Credit Card Payment form is now available. Please download it it from our FORMS page and bring it to the Ramp Office.

To purchase a permit parking pass, visit the parking office located on the ground level.  The office is usually open from 7:00 AM until 10:00 AM each morning and by appointment in the afternoon.  Office hours will increase on days leading up to and right after the first of the month.  The telephone number of the office is (517) 708 3800.

Rumor Control: The South Grand Ramp is now owned by the developers of the Capitol Club Tower Condominium.  The condominium tower will be built at 225 South Grand Avenue on the property between the South Grand Parking Ramp and the Grand Tower office building.  THE SOUTH GRAND RAMP WILL NOT BE TORN DOWN.
